That’s Human Agency.
When people feel trusted, heard and able to influence outcomes, responsibility tends to grow naturally.
When every decision requires permission, or every mistake attracts blame, accountability often becomes something people avoid rather than embrace.
Perhaps accountability isn’t something leaders create.
Perhaps it is the natural consequence of an environment where people believe their choices matter.
Because responsibility grows where agency exists.
