We don’t talk about love at work. Especially men — it feels uncomfortable, even out of place. But maybe that’s exactly the problem.
Every response we make comes from one of two places: fear or love. Fear shows up as anger, blame, control, or silence. Love shows up as understanding, collaboration, creativity, and courage. Which one would you rather see in your workplace?
The old right-vs-wrong, heaven-and-hell beliefs that shaped us no longer serve us. They divide, they punish, they keep us stuck. It’s time for new beliefs — ones rooted in awareness, responsibility, and love.
If we dare to have this conversation — at work and at home — we can start creating cultures that lift people up instead of breaking them down.
Fear limits us. Love frees us. The choice is ours.
