Let me ask you a straight question.

What are you already accepting… that might not actually be inevitable?

Bad back?
Low energy?
Stress as a default setting?
“That’s just how I am”?

Or the big one:
“That’s what happens to men in our family.”

We don’t question these things enough.

We inherit patterns — not just in our bodies, but in how we think, how we cope, how we look after ourselves… or don’t.

And over time, those patterns start to look like fate.

But they’re not always fate.

They’re repetition.

Here’s the truth most people avoid:

If you don’t challenge the story, you will live it out.

Not dramatically.
Not all at once.
Just slowly, day by day, decision by decision.

Same habits.
Same thinking.
Same outcomes.

Different generation.

At some point, someone has to be the one who breaks it.

Why not you?

If this hit a nerve, don’t just scroll past it.

Take a minute and answer this honestly:

What’s one thing you’ve always assumed “will happen to you”… that you’ve never actually questioned?

Just acknowledge it to yourself.

Because awareness is where change starts.

And most people never even get that far.
