When people talk about global conflict, they often focus on leaders and politics.
But fear doesn’t just live in governments.
It lives in individuals.
Unexamined fear affects how we think, how we react, and what we quietly accept as “normal.”
Over time, it limits what we believe is possible.
History reminds us that empires built on fear collapse.
The same is true for lives shaped by it.I write about understanding fear — not ignoring it — in my book and on my website.
