Culture Is Behaviour at Scale

Culture isn’t a set of values on a wall.

It’s the behaviours that get repeated — and the ones that get tolerated.

What leaders walk past becomes the standard.
What they reward becomes the pattern.

Over time, those patterns scale.

That’s culture.

If performance isn’t where you want it to be, the issue is rarely the strategy.

It’s usually the behaviour.
